Seeking a special woman in the Tigard area Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am a divorced (14 years) father of 2 girls who needs to fill a hole in my life. The first thing you need to know about me is that my children are very important to me, and take up a fair amount of my time, so anyone I date needs to be willing to join in our activities, or understand the time we spend doing them, though I prefer the former. Some of those activities include taekwondo lessons, role playing games, TV shows we watch together, and medieval re-enactment or pirate camping events (bonus points if you are a Scadian too).

About me:
I was formerly a retail manager for electronics and cell companies. I was pretty good at my job and tended to make decent money. I left that career when the company I worked for went out of business, and I am currently a full time student. I am studying marketing, however I am drawn to more scientific pursuits and plan to continue my education towards genetic research. In the meantime I do have income to support myself, if not as well as I used to. I am a very fun loving person who loves being around highly energetic people. I love to joke and play and I tend to make those around me laugh a lot.
About you:
I'm really not going to make a shopping list of things I like and don't like in women. A couple of basics though. I am a non-smoker, and so I prefer you be too. If you only smoke occasionally, we might be able to work it out if you are a considerate smoker and brush your teeth before expecting closeness. Hygiene is important to me, so you should bathe and brush your teeth at least daily.
You should be an open minded person. Not the "it's ok if they do it as long as it's not around me" type of quasi open mind, but actually able to accept people for who they are and willing to understand them rather than judge them. Many of my friends are alternative lifestyle people and my girlfriend has to be able to be around them.
So if you are still reading this, I'd love to hear from you. A committed relationship is my goal, however I am not looking to jump immediately into anything; I hope to make some new friends along the way, and find somebody that will love and accept me for the person I am, so that we can have a relationship that will last.
